Knowing When to Quit
When the alarm rings in the morning and you can't get your feet off the bed.
When you keep staring at the screen waiting for something to happen.
When the smallest comment makes you want to attack your colleagues.
When your to do list is growing but you are still looking for things to distract you.
When you just can't pick up the phone to make or answer a call.
Then stop thinking about it. Quit and move on.
